LEAN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

WORKSHOP

Good product management is in high demand. And for a good reason. While mantras of “build the right product” are common place, very few companies can successfully put in place modern product management practices that drive business results and optimize for customer success. Jeff Gothelf will change that in this workshop.

In this hands-on, fun and interactive 1-day workshop you will learn the essentials skills to become a modern, highly-effective agile product manager. Using Lean Product Management principles and tools learned during the workshop, you will leave the class able to define clear business problems to solve, create a validated business model, move fast on execution and validation, and deliver high value products to a large market.

“Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life.”
― Jeff Gothelf
